Ulaanbaatar is the capital of Mongolia. Lots of poverty in the area. Water heating is done at the city level by multiple coal powered plants. Heating is distributed to the city via large pipes. Winter temperatures are -41 F. Rural habitants reside on cloth type igloos called Ger.
